Healthfieldx charges a fixed subscription — not a percentage of your trading volume and not a performance fee. This matters because a percentage-based fee creates an incentive misalignment between the platform and the trader; we are in the business of providing reliable tooling, not speculating on your results. All plans include the monitoring dashboard, the risk controls module, and email support. Higher tiers add additional strategy slots, broker connections, and access to the backtesting service.

What the Subscription Does Not Cover

Being clear about scope prevents misunderstandings after you sign up.

The subscription covers access to the Healthfieldx platform, its modules, and the support team. It does not cover your broker account fees, spread costs, swap charges, or any capital you deposit with a broker. Healthfieldx has no visibility into or control over your broker's fee structure. The backtesting service on the Pro and Desk tiers covers the instruments listed in our supported-instruments document; bespoke data sourcing for unlisted instruments is scoped and quoted separately. Custom strategy development — writing logic that you have not yet defined — is not included in any subscription tier and is quoted as a separate project.
