What Healthfieldx Is, in Plain Language

An algorithmic trading automation provider headquartered in Eldoret, Kenya.

Healthfieldx builds and maintains software infrastructure for retail traders who want to automate rule-based strategies without deploying a full engineering team. The company was founded in Eldoret in 2021, a period when access to retail derivatives and global CFD instruments was expanding across East Africa and demand for disciplined, systematic trading tools was growing faster than the available tooling. The platform serves individual traders, small proprietary desks, and algorithm-curious investors across Kenya — from Nairobi and Mombasa to Kisumu and the Rift Valley corridor. The team is small by design: a core of four engineers and two client-success technicians who handle every onboarding personally. That scale allows us to review each client's strategy parameters before deployment and to respond to support requests within one business day. We have completed more than 160 strategy onboardings since launch, across instruments ranging from forex majors to commodity CFDs accessible through Kenyan-regulated broker accounts.

How the Team Works — and Where the Limits Are

Process, values, and honest boundaries that every prospective client should understand.

Every engagement begins with a strategy review session, conducted over a video call or in writing, where a technician maps the client's entry and exit conditions into a structured parameter file. That file is backtested before any live connection is made. We do not write trading strategies for clients — strategy design is your domain; execution discipline and risk enforcement are ours. This boundary is intentional. It keeps accountability clear: Healthfieldx is responsible for the platform running correctly and for the risk rules firing as configured. You are responsible for whether the underlying strategy has a positive edge over time. Markets are unpredictable, and no automation tool changes that fundamental fact. We also do not support high-frequency strategies requiring co-location latency below 50 milliseconds, or strategies that depend on proprietary data feeds we do not source. If your setup requires either, we will tell you during the initial call rather than after onboarding. The platform operates within a deep indigo-toned, data-forward design philosophy: clear numbers, legible alerts, no decorative noise.

Four Principles That Shape Every Build

Not aspirational statements — concrete operational choices we make on every client project.

Risk First

Every strategy configuration is reviewed for risk parameters before it is connected to a live broker. We will flag configurations with no hard stop or no daily loss limit and recommend changes, even if the client prefers to proceed without them.

No Hidden Fees

The subscription price you see on the pricing page is the total cost of the platform. We do not take a percentage of trades, charge setup fees, or bill for standard support interactions.

Clear Scope

We tell prospective clients what the platform does not do before they sign up — not after. If your requirements fall outside our capability, we say so explicitly during the initial conversation.

Kenyan-Market Focus

Broker integrations, supported instruments, and documentation are all chosen with the Kenyan trading environment as the primary reference. We understand the local regulatory and connectivity context that international platforms often overlook.
